the location was perfect. Situated on a hill, we had beautiful views overlooking the town from our room's balcony. It was also conveniently located just a short walk away from the town center and the best ski slope in the area. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail and the level of service provided were exceptional. We especially loved the fact that breakfast was included, and it was delicious. We also appreciated the value for money, as the prices were reasonable considering the quality of our stay.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Spindleruv Mlyn. the location was perfect, with beautiful views of the mountains from my balcony. The hotel was also conveniently situated, just a short walk away from both the town center and the best ski slope in the area. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. The breakfast included in the stay was delicious and a great way to start the day.
Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever.

Great location for skiing holiday with slopes and town facilities nearby. Cosy atmosphere with beautiful views of snow-covered mountains.
The hotel did not meet my expectations for the price I paid for my Xmas holiday. the room was quite basic and could have used a bit of updating.

We spent our Christmas vacation in a lovely and cosy place with amazing hiking opportunities. The views were just breathtaking and we really enjoyed the clean smell of the place. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the best ski slope, as well as the town centre with bars and local amenities. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the service was splendid. We felt at home and had a great time overall.
Although we had a great time, there were some aspects that didn't quite meet our expectations. The bathroom was a bit small and there were no slippers provided, which was not announced beforehand.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the beautiful views from the rooms with balconies. The location, situated at the top of a hill, provides a unique and picturesque setting. The staff are very attentive and provide great service, making you feel at home.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

We stayed in a lovely mountain hotel, very clean place, close to both town centre and the best ski slope, offering beautiful views. the room was cosy, with hard but comfortable mattress, and there were great facilities for drying ski equipment. Breakfast was nicely done, with plenty of options. the manager was helpful and attentive.
The bathroom was a bit small and there was not enough toilet paper provided.
